Collection method and legal basis

Your data is collected electronically when you complete the contact form. Under Article 5 of the KVKK, it is processed because it is directly related to concluding or performing a contract, is necessary to comply with our legal obligations, and is in our legitimate interest, provided your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed.

Sharing of data

Your form message is sent to us by email and is not stored in a database on the website. Your data may be shared with our hosting and email service providers in order to run this service, and with competent public authorities where legally required. It is not passed to third parties for marketing purposes.

Retention period

Your data is kept until your request has been concluded and for the periods required by the applicable legislation. It is then deleted, destroyed or anonymized.

Cookies and Google Maps

Our website does not use its own cookies. The map on the contact page is provided by Google and loads only when you press the "Show map" button. Information such as your IP address is then sent to Google, and Google may use its own cookies. This is subject to Google's privacy policy and your data may be transferred abroad.

• Request that third parties be notified of corrections and deletions
• Object to a result against you arising from automated analysis
• Claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing
